| Manufacturer Warranty Description | Your outdoor lawn furniture from the leisure lawn collection is warranted for a period of five years from the date of manufacture, subject to the terms and conditions as follows: 1. Parts - leisure lawns (ll) will replace, at no charge to the owner, any defective part which ll determines affects the usability of the furniture. 2. Labor - the owner is responsible for labor and costs to complete a repair. The owner may at his option and with ll approval, have the lawn furniture shipped to the woodshop to complete the repair. All labor and material costs for repairs at the woodshop will be borne by ll. 3. Shipping - the owner is responsible for all shipping costs. 4. Additional warranty notes - bolts, screws, and hardware are not covered. Warranty applies to the original owner only. Negligence, abuse, and modification, as determined by ll, will void warranty. |
