STMicroelectronics 256 Kbit SPI EEPROM with High Speed Clock

The M95256-A125 and M95256-A145 are 256-Kbit serial EEPROM devices designed for automotive use, operating up to 145°C and meeting the high reliability standards of AEC-Q100 grade 0. They feature a simple serial SPI interface running up to 20 MHz. These devices use advanced true EEPROM technology, offering byte-alterable memory (32768 × 8 bits) organized into 512 pages of 64 bytes each, with embedded Error Correction Code logic for enhanced data integrity. Additionally, they provide an Identification Page (64 byte) for reading ST device identification and storing sensitive application parameters, which can be later locked in read-only mode.
