Like all of MasterClass’s best-selling, award-winning* bakeware, this baking pan is made of warp-resistant, 1 mm-thick carbon steel, with rolled edges to prevent water build-up and rust. It’s finished with a double layer of the Quantum II non-stick coating, sandblasted to the surface of the mini tart moulds for better adhesion. It comes with a wooden tart tamper, so it’s ideal for baking elegant miniature tarts for parties. Simply cut small circles of pastry, push them down into the cups, then blind bake, ready to stuff with delicious fillings. The mini tart tin has 24 holes measuring 4 cm (1½ Inch) wide, and is PTFE, PFOA and BPA free.
