Enespro Insulated Rescue Hook is an electric utility lineworker tool that is used to remove a person incapacitated by electrical shock or injured from a hazardous location. The insulated handle is constructed of 1.25″ diameter ASTM F711 hotstick (same fiberglass material as other Enespro Utility hotline tools). An injured worker could be located in hazardous locations such as confined spaces, electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles, electrical gear and vaults. The insulating fiberglass handle protects the rescuer against electrical shock. The handle features the same closed cell foam-filled fiberglass reinforced construction used in high voltage live-line tools.
