This product cannot be used on vehicles without roof rails. For vehicles without roof rails, alternative ACE series cross bar models are available. The adaptive mounting bracket of the ACE-2 is designed to conform to the position and angle of the roof rail on the vehicle, helping to distribute the load more evenly across the mounting points. This structure supports driving stability and contributes to reducing the impact of road-induced vibrations. The system combines high corrosion-resistant aluminum bars with UV-resistant PA6 GF30 connection components, selected to ensure reliable and long-term use under various climate conditions. Elastomer seals located on the surface of the bars create an interface between the load and the bar, helping to reduce the effects of sudden load movements and limiting unwanted noise caused by friction. The aluminum bars feature a channel structure compatible with T-Bolt mounting elements. The maximum dimensions compatible with the T-Bolt are: a channel width of 20 mm, a channel height of 4 mm, and an M8 bolt. Additionally, aluminum bars with dimensions of 75 mm with and 22 mm height are compatible with U-Type mounting bolts. If U-Type mounting is used, it is recommended to verify that the accessories are compatible with these dimensions.
